MC Casino Gaming hires professional, friendly casino dealers to bring the fun to corporate parties, fundraisers, birthdays, and private celebrations across Los Angeles and Orange County. Our dealers are the face of every event, so we look for people who are personable, reliable, and great at making guests of all experience levels feel welcome at the table.

What we're looking for

• A warm, outgoing personality and a genuine love for entertaining guests
• Reliability and professionalism — you represent MC Casino Gaming at every event
• Comfort working evenings and weekends when most events take place
• The patience to teach blackjack, roulette, craps, or poker to first-timers

Prior dealing experience is a plus— many of our team have worked in Las Vegas and top U.S. casinos — but it isn't required. If you have the right attitude, we'll train you on our games, equipment, and the showmanship that sets a great casino night apart. All of our play is non-cash and just for fun, so the focus is always on giving guests a fantastic experience.
