Four simple factors shape every quote:

• Number of tables. More tables keep more guests playing at once. A good rule of thumb is one table per 10–15 guests so nobody waits long for a seat.
• Number of dealers. Every table is run by a professional dealer — many trained in Las Vegas and top U.S. casinos — so dealer count tracks closely with table count.
• Event length.A two-hour cocktail mixer costs less than a four-hour gala. Tell us your start and end times and we'll size the crew accordingly.
